Sıla Kumral, who was born in İzmir in 1995, completed her high school education at İzmir American College. She successfully earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Sabancı University. She then received her specialization by completing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

In her psychotherapy practice, she adopts an approach based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Sıla Kumral offers psychotherapy services in both Turkish and English, working with both adult and adolescent clients.

Additionally, she conducts neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments in Turkish and English. These assessments involve the objective testing and reporting of cognitive processes such as attention, memory, and executive functions.
