Expert Psychologist Elçin Ökten graduated from Koç University, Department of Psychology in 2016. During her undergraduate education, she worked as a volunteer at Bahçelieveler Şeyh Zayed Children's Home within the scope of Koç University Volunteers' social responsibility project KÜMYÜP (Koç University Little Hearts Project) in order to support the social and emotional development of children living in the institution. She completed her master's degree at York University in 2017 on Development, Developmental Disorders, and Clinical Applications. Between July 2018 and August 2019, she worked as the Research Office Coordinator at Özel Güzel Günler Polyclinic. Since September 2019, she has been working as an Expert Psychologist at Güzel Günler Clinic. She conducts psychotherapy studies in English and Turkish, and conducts neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations. She applies Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches in her work with children and adolescents.
