Expert Psychologist/Learning Specialist/Family Therapist Ayça Uslu Pelin graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Psychology in 2007. After graduation (2007-2012), she worked as an intern psychologist/research assistant at Güzel Günler Health Services. Before her specialization, she observed the clinical interviews of Dr. Yankı Yazgan at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and attended his weekly seminars discussing treatment processes after outpatient clinics. In 2008 and 2009, she provided consultancy to families by conducting developmental assessments and follow-ups of children aged 2-6 in a child activity center and kindergarten. Between 2008 and 2010, she participated in many volunteer experiences in terms of her profession and gained knowledge and experience.

She completed her master's degree in Applied Psychology at Istanbul Commerce University in June 2012. She carried her master's project to the scientific platform by making a presentation titled "Investigation of Metacognitive Awareness of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder & Specific Learning Disability" at the 22nd National Special Education Congress in October 2012.

After her specialization, she started working in the field of specific learning disorders. Since November 2014, she has been conducting psycho-educational studies with children with special needs in academic, behavioral and social areas, mostly specific learning disorders, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and those who were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders in the past and who have shown improvement but have problems in social communication areas at the Güzel Günler Clinic, which is the continuation of Güzel Günler Health Services. The main focus of her studies is the educational therapy applied with a psycho-pedagogical approach to school-age children diagnosed with specific learning disorders. Before these psycho-educational studies, she conducts detailed neuropsychological and psycho-educational assessments for children who are at risk in terms of diagnosis. She continues her clinical studies by determining the learning needs of these children within the school and preparing and implementing individual intervention programs in the classroom, guiding private teachers according to the learning needs of the child, school-wide behavioral modification methods, social skills group and family group studies with families of children diagnosed with specific learning disorders, and consulting in schools of children with academic and behavioral needs. She continues her clinical work as an expert psychologist at the Güzel Günler Clinic.
